Sara graduated in Business Administration and worked from 1994 to 2007 for an accounting firm gaining significant experience in the administrative, accounting and fiscal field. She achieved an excellent knowledge of the functioning of the entire administrative, fiscal and budgetary area, both of SMEs and larger companies. Used to work independently and in team, she manages constant and direct relationships with mainly Italian companies belonging to multinational groups, where she is responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the parent companies, periodic contacts with other subsidiaries, as well as the preparation of the related annual statutory financial statements and tax returns, VAT and substitute tax. She also follows several extraordinary operations and carries out accounting analyses and reconciliations procedures. Since 2016 she works as a freelance professional at Moore Professionisti Associati where she acts both as reference advisor and Head of Administration in corporate, tax and administrative matters for several Italian and multinational groups for which she personally manages relations with the foreign parent company, the subsidiaries and the Board. Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish, spoken and written, and basic knowledge of German.
