Paolo Borghi - Equity Partner 

Born in Milan in 1965, Paolo graduated in Business and Economics in 1991 and is a chartered accountant and auditor since 1991. After years of experience in an auditing firm, at the beginning of 1993 he began his professional career. He has gained significant experience in the corporate field, including among his clients medium-sized companies in the IT, mechanical engineering and publishing industry. He is currently working on behalf of the Firm in the international sector of the Moore Global Network. He is a member of the Order of the Accounting Principles Commission of Milan.

Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and Auditor, Fabrizio has a degree in Business and Economics achieved at Bocconi University of Milan. After starting his career in 1989 as a marketing assistant in a PR company for the fashion industry, in 1992 he began his career in the economic and tax area and worked as a freelancer for several organizations, including Studio Legale e Fiscale Sansone of Milan, he finally joining the Moore Stephens International Network. In 2006, he entered the firm and as a partner he became International Liaison for the Italian office. Fabrizio is a problem solver with considerable negotiation and communication skills. Creative and able to recognize opportunities, he works excellently both as a team and alone.

MARCO-MOSCONI.jpgMarco Mosconi - Transfer Price Specialist

Marco graduated cum laude in Business Administration at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from WU (Vienna, Austria). He is Chartered Accountant and Certified Auditor. He taught “Accounting” at Bocconi University from 1993 to 2013 and has been teaching “Transfer pricing” in the same university since 2015. He is SDA Professor at SDA Bocconi (Bocconi Business School), where he has been working since 1994. He has also been teaching tax law in various courses for both professionals and corporate tax experts. He has taught “Tax Litigation” and “Corporate Tax” at the State School for Tax Officers. Since 2018, he is partner of Moore Professionisti Associati. In 2019 he became the first Italian to be appointed head of Moore’s International Tax School, which holds specialized training courses for all member firms of the network. He is president of the “Income Tax” study commission of Monza Chartered Accountants Chapter (since 2008)
